So after a day off, here we go again. 7 difficult miles.
I think I was wearing too many clothes as I got rather hot. I wore my compression top, a running vest and a light running waterproof. I was sweating after only about 2 miles!
The pace was OK. 8 minutes per mile but it seemed so much slower. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad sign. But it's another day checked off my training.
Sorry I haven't anything more exciting to report today. Maybe tomorrow? (Don't hold your breath)
p.s. Currently 76 out of 13,133 runners.
