It's gym-life, but not as we know it.

Friday's are rest days. Or a run of 4 miles.

Again I did something in between. 3 miles on the treadmill at the gym.

I did this last week too and I still don't like it. I tried to make it more enjoyable this time by only jogging and increasing the incline gradually. This make it like power walking up an increasingly steep hill.
It certainly made me sweat but I think I am going to admit defeat and give up running at the gym.
I am fine on the cross trainer but just can't get to grips running on the treadmill.

In fact, come this July I don't think I will be renewing my gym membership. I don't mind the exercise, I just prefer being outdoors.
