Rest

Today, according to my training schedule, I had a choice : Run 5 miles or rest.
Can you guess which I chose?

Actually it was neither. I went to the gym instead.
I ran 2 miles on the treadmill at my normal pace. (I'm not a big fan of the running at the gym, more another time). I also did 30 minutes on the cross trainer and finished off with 10 minutes on the exercise bike.

I think that was good enough.
As they say, a change is as good as a rest.
