Sorry for not blogging yesterday. Anyone miss me?
As you may have guessed I didn't run yesterday either. This shouldn't hurt my training too much but I did have a reason. In the last week I have been having problem with the arch of my right foot. It isn't too painful but I can feel it aching after my runs, so I thought I would rest it and I also used an ice pack on it last night.
So this morning my foot was cured and I ran 8 miles.
Well, I ran 8 miles. I ran just the 4 first to see how it felt and, although I could feel it, it didn't feel too bad. So I ran the 4 mile course again. Now we wait and see how it will feel later.
If it's OK I will be running 16 miles tomorrow. Hopefully.
