End. Beginning.

I have decided to blog every other day from now on as I'm sure the few who were reading it were getting bored.

So, the last run of February was a flat steady 9 miles. Nothing much else to report about it really, hence why I didn't blog about it last night. The only interesting thing about it was that it brought my monthly total up to 159 miles, the longest total I have even done. Until next month?

Tonight's run was a jog/run of 6 miles. You can find it here and here because the app I use on my phone stopped recording after the first 3 miles and I had to reset it during the second. So not a great start to the new month but the run it's self was fine.

It's amazing when I look back to last year and see how far I have come. When I started I couldn't run for 3 mins without stopping, now I do 6 miles in the evening as a matter of course.

  1. It is always nice to look back and see how much we have accomplished, and you my love have accomplished sooooo much.

I look back with happiness that even when we were only friends when you started this running journey, I'm so glad that I can claim I have been looking your progress all this time, and I'm so very happy now that I'm accompanying you not only as your friend, but as your girlfriend.

You truly are an example of willpower and constancy, that you can accomplish anything and how strong character you are to set your mind on a goal and achieve it!

Whatever the future bring us, I will be there for you, cheering at your marathons and everyday run (wish I was there to do it inperson)and just be at your side reminding you how extraordinay person you are.

I love you so much, and I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have sucha sexy, handsome wonderful runner as yourself for a boyfriend.
